Qualitative methodology
Exploratory phase in an unknown terrain where an in-depth understanding is necessary, dealing with phenomena influenced by a large number of factors.
Group meetings
Also known as Focus Groups or discussion forums, are conducted in both a traditional setting and in a Word Café format guided by a moderator.
In-depth interviews
Structured, with both questions and their order defined. Semi-structured or focused, with a more flexible order and questions.
Mixed methodology
Techniques applicable to both methodologies include various variants of Mystery Shopping.
Mistery Shopper
While it provides quantitative results, it has a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach. In addition to the traditional Mystery Shopper method, we have also developed the Spy Group study, which involves infiltrating group meetings such as the Word Café.
Quantitative methodology
In addition to understanding the opinions and behaviors of the study population, it allows for quantification and extrapolation to the rest of the represented population.
